    Adjustment of Status- Family F4
After my final interview at S Francisco USCIS in 2010, my priority date regressed before my case was approved and my case was put on "pending" status.
My priority date just became current on April 1st 2013.
My question: Do I have to contact USCIS to resume processing or they will do it automatically? How long it will take.
    Thanks

If you are eligible to adjust your status in US, they will notify you.

    Thanks for you answer lawanwadee.
Yes, I'm eligible to adjust status in USA since I'm a 245 I beneficiary, my application was filled before the law expired in 2001.
