    Shifting the weight?
Recently I have found that I have gained quite a lot of weight. I have tried loads of ways to shift it so far! Including slimfast, healthy snacking, groups and so on..
Really the main question is does anyone know any brilliant ways or tips to loose weight? Please if you can, include breakfast, lunch and meal ideas, exercise and so on, and hopefully it won't just help me, but probably a lot of other people as well,

    Many thanks x

We don't do you meal planning for you, nor you exercise routine. It isn't that easy !

We are all volunteers here, and would love to ask someone else to do this for us personally but quite frankly, I do it myself in my own way.

Shift weight, well, start walking girl, any time of the day is okay, but have breakfast first so you have a bit of fuel to start one. I guarantee, that walking 20 minutes a day of more, rule of thumb is 20 minutes is a mile; work up to it, do more, but always eat healthy, lots of roughage, whole grain cereals, heart healthy attitude.

Make it a project, keep a diary, tell us about it and help others here gain from your knowledge.

I have a 95' Accord with automatic trans. Recently it seems to take longer to shift to the next gear (higher RPM). When it does shift it seems a bit hard, not smooth like before. If I let offf the throttle a little it will shift, but still seems a little hard. Any insight is greatfull.
