Hi I applied to petition for my mother in sep2012 and the I-130 was approved but said she was not eligible to adjust status.. We got a letter from nvc that my mother needs to adjust status out of the country.. My mother and I have been living in Texas for 28years I am a us citizen my mother came in the us illegally 28yrs ago my dad petitioned for her under the life act in april/2001 and her 245i was approved 4/2001.. I filed a I-485 for my mother anyway 3/2013 and she has a biometrics apt next week. Does anyone know if my mother has a good chance to get approved or since my dad petitioned the 245i 12yrs ago would he be the only one that can continue with my mothers immigration process because my parents are no longer together..
