    Petition for mother in law
    HEllo I am a US citizen I am married to a mexican guy we have not started hie green card paperwork but I was wondering it's there a petition or visa that I can file to bring my mohter in law to the US, she's all alone all her kids are in different places and it would be great to have her with us

    You have to wait until your husband becomes US citizen, so he can petition his mother. You cannot file on his behalf.
