    Ex husband never paid child support till now.
    Now he has disability and now he pays $105 for two kidss my third is already emancipated.The judge ordered me to loan my second eldest so he can claim her on his taxes.Now I don`t want sound jilted but if you knew my story with this man you would understand what can I do so he can't claim her.She is 17 can she get a job so he can get less? Please help me he does not deserve this money.

    I have no idea what "loan" your child to her father means.

    If a Judge ordered that the father can claim the child - if that is your question - on his taxes the only way to change that is another Court Order stating you can claim the child.

    This sounds like revenge - which only hurts the children.

    Of course its revenge,this man has mistreated me and my duaghters and now he gets all the benefits of putting my daughter on his return like he ever ttok care of them.Dont worry my daughters don't know any of the drama.

    The only way is for the teen to be emancipated, then provide MORE than half of her total support.

    You can also get the Court Order changed. Were you represented by an Attorney?
