    My mail does not work
    I can't delete anything or when I get mail I cannot reply to anything or take the arrow and put it on any "button" and make it work, email doesn't work

    Have you tried shutting it down and then signing back in?

    You will have to contact Yahoo about that then. There is nothing we can do here for you at this point.

    I was sent a verification code and I can't find where it is to fix it, I put in my moble number several times and it still doesn't work
