I can't delete anything or when I get mail I cannot reply to anything or take the arrow and put it on any "button" and make it work, email doesn't work

I tried shutting it down several times, I was told that millions have same problem, I don't know how true that is

I was sent a verification code and I can't find where it is to fix it, I put in my moble number several times and it still doesn't work
