How do I request a change in minors counsel. Case is a DV case that I requested my daughter to have a voice ( minors council) but as well I had full physical and legal custady have never done or been a bad person like brake the law I father came into child life after a few mounts old and then we moved in with him but he was never home for the )6 mouths and when he was he was physically doing damage till he went to jail for felony DUI with commercial lic and in bodily danger and has gone to jail and probation for assaults on past wife , his current girl friends mom works in da office and is close with family law team and my case took a turn for the worst if it was by the law it would be perfect but how do I get it back to fallowing the judicial codes and request news it's council she has disregarded all mediators request for my child all therapist and witnesses due to the mothering law at the da being close friends. Help my child is the one suffering and every moment counts its going on two years and out of those two years the custody had gone to joint and my child is showing all signs of the abuse
