    Quick Claim Deed
    I will like to refiance my home and take my boyfriend off the deed. How much will that
    Cost me to do a quick claim deed if my loan amount is $ 650,000.00? I live in the state of Maryland.

    It is a quit-claim deed but of course your boyfriend will have to sign his share of the house to you, you can't just take it off unless he agrees.

    The deed cost does not matter as to the loan, I would use a title company or a real estate attoreny to do the paperwork. It will show him signing his share over to you.
