    I have a Harbor Breeze fan with 3 lights on it in my son's bed room. The fan seems like it only has one speed. I tried all 3 speeds, but the fan only has a slow to med speed. Also the fan has a little whine sound to it. I have 3 other Harbor Breeze fans in my house and all 3 speeds work on them and no whine sound. I would love to have some help on this problem. Thanks for your time.
