    random very sharp pain tooth
    I have a very sharp pain on my top left side, that comes and goes. I could go a couple days and everything is fine. Then out of no where a get a very sharp pain that last for about 2-3 seconds, maybe a few times that day and its gone for a hour or a day. It seems like it is getting more often. Any help in this matter, I believe I know the general location of the pain, and there is a old filling there but hard to tell because the pain is so intense it makes them all hurt. Any help would be great and thanks a lot for taking the time.

    The only help we can give you is to tell you to see a dentist as it sounds at the very least like a cavity... it's only going to get worse.
