    My kindle fire has frozen and won't do a thing. Won't turn off or go back to home

    Hold the power button down for 20 seconds.

    I agree, try pressing the power button and hold it for 20 seconds, if it did not resolve the issue you can contact kindle support at 1-866-321-8851
