2002 honda civic multiple issues .
Ok so my civic overheated on me and then it was fine for a few weeks. Then it over heated several days in a row. I also noticed a small missfire so I had it put in the shop. Had the plugs checked, they were fine. Mis gapped a little but he regapped them and put them back in , he also changed my thermostat and flushed the system and changed the fluids. Also had the oil changed, not sure that is releveant . So my car ran amazing for a week. Now it has overheated again and the check engine light came on. I had it diagnosed and the results are staggering...
Here are all the results of the diagnostics test...
    Cylinder number 3 misfire detected.
    - vacuum leak affecting one cylinder
    - ignition system concern
    - blocked/faulty fuel injector
    - engine mechanical condition

    Cylinder number 4 misfire detected
    - vacuum leak affecting one cylinder
    - ignition system concern
    - blocked/faulty fuel injector
    - engine mechanical condition

    Random cylinder misfire detected
    - fuel system concern
    - ignition system concern
    - MAF sensor faulty
    - HO2S/AF (heated oxygen sensor/air-fuel) ratio sensor fault
    - blocked intake or exhaust system

Elecric load detector (ELD) circuit high input
    - open or short circuit condition
    - failed ECM

*** note *** all of these symptoms are random they come and go, none of these issues are constant.
I hope someone can help me figure out what the bottom line problem is. Thanks !

Have it inspected by a qualified Honda mechanic for a warped head, damaged valves, and a blown head gasket.
