Is it worth it to have my 95 honda civic fixed if it has multiple issues?
Cracked distributor cap, leaky oil pan, timing belt needs to be replaced radiator flush and possible blown head gasket?

I would say it's worth fixing, if you can do most of the work yourself. The only show stopper is the possible blown head gasket, which often accompanies a warped head and damaged valves. If the head and valves are in good shape, I would repair it and keep it going. Well maintained Civics can go over 300,000 miles.
