I was bathing in the shower and realized that both my breast was leaking milk so I took a test an it said negative but I did have my son a year ago so is it that my milk didn't dry up or what

I had my son a few years ago and only breast fed him for 3 months due to an infection I got but to this day my left breast still leaks if I squeez it or am holding a baby that is crying my doctor said this is normal and sometimes the milk just doesn't dry up or does but in its own time hope this helps :)
