    How long did you bresatfeed?

    Breasts can produce milk for months and occasionally even years after a baby has stopped nursing. This is great if you ever regret stopping and want to start breastfeeding again (I did when my eldest got sick and refused to eat hospital food) but a nuisance if you want to wear clothes without leaking.

    Sage tea is a traditional remedy for drying up milk after nursing.

    I never breast fed as he was 7 week premature and would not suckle. He is 3 now and only has milk in food but he is also lactose intolerant so has to have soya milk. X

    Did you pump for him?

    If you never pumped or breastfed, then it might be an idea to get your hormones checked.

    Oh, are you taking any OTC indigestion/bloating remedies? There are a couple which increase milk production.
