    Can I put my daughter on the title of the mobile home along with mine
    My mobile home is paid for but as I'm getting older I would like to have my daughters name added to the title is this possible

    And what reason would you be wanting to do this for? There are more negatives than there are positives.

    The worst being you can end up having an argument... and as part owner she can force a partition sale to get her half of it. Be it to run off with her boyfriend or purchase drugs... if her names on it she's legally entitled to an equal share.

    Think about a revocable trust. It would avoid most of the problems Smoothy described and yet be an easy substitute for a will (which comes with the expense and hassle of probate).
