A family member let me put my mobile home on their property and now wants to evict.
I have a mortgage on my mobile home, where my now ex step mother wants to evict me. I have been here for 7 years, with no written agreement. I have paid the property taxes every year. She has given me 45 days to remove my mobile home, decks and shed that is on "her land". I am fine with moving but, it would be impossible in 45 days, do I have any recourse?

You better start calling around to find a trailer park with an open lot or another property that will let you put a trailer on it... it is after all HER property and not yours... and she has a deed to prove it.

There are realtors that might help you speed up that process...

... I have been here for 7 years, with no written agreement...
What were the terms of your unwritten agreement? And what state are you in?
