    1999 honda accord front passanger seat won't move
    1999 honda accord 2dr passanger seat won't move and is stuck all the way forward.

    Remove the 4 bolts (12mm) that anchor the seat to the floor, unfasten the safety belt wire, and remove and service the seat. It easier and you'll do a better job of servicing the mechanism, once the seat is out of the car.
