1999 honda accord won't start sometimes
1999 honda accord. Did a heater core job on it. Disconnected the battery as a precaution to prevent air bag deployment. Got it all back together and it cranks but won't fire. Has an alarm system and factory remote start system and I suspect this is the cause of the problem because, in addition to not starting, the shifter will not move from park with the key on. Can anyone tell me if this could be an anti theft measure the system has employed and if so what I need to do to reset it.
