Without reducing the verbal agreement to writing, it's anybody's GUESS what minor repairs are... No doubt the reason you're asking, is because you and the tenant (assuming you're the landlord), have a disagreement as to what minor is.. How, you get OUT of this conundrum, is to start from the beginning again, and put it down on paper... Yes, it's true. Something will go un-repaired or un-paid for... But, that's the cost of NOT putting it down in writing in the first place. excon |

It is what ever the landlord things is minor today, and maybe different next week since it is not in writing.
Normally in my rentals, it was issues like leading faucets, electric switch or outlet. Door knob, In mine I had it in writing and it was any single issue, that was under ( either 50 or 100) depends on the rental unit. |
