    Rental laws in Washington
    Need to terminate lease 2 months early due to job relocation when negotiating terms for release which has the upper hand a written lease or rental laws or are they equal?

    A written lease has priority over state laws unless the terms of the lease violate those laws. However, this is a generality. Tell us more about your situation and we can give you a better answer.
