    Want to come to USA after volunteer deportation
    I opted for volunteer deportation in nov 2009 after spending 11 yeas I have three kids USA citizen 14,8,4 years. Is there any way I can come with my kids. Do I fall under Obama immigration amnesty.

    You're banned for 10 years but I doubt if you would be able to get non-permanent visa again. There is no amnesty, and Dream Act does not apply to you.

    Your children may be able to petition immigrant visa for you when they reach the age of 21, but there are some restrictions, consult experienced immigration attorney.
