You're banned for 10 years but I doubt if you would be able to get non-permanent visa again. There is no amnesty, and Dream Act does not apply to you.

Your children may be able to petition immigrant visa for you when they reach the age of 21, but there are some restrictions, consult experienced immigration attorney.
