    In NYC, how do I put my name on the condo property deed with hers? All parties
    All parties are in agreement and want to take advantage of the maximum federal tax benefits when we sell to downsize in our retirement.

    At the top of the Real Estate Law Forum there is a sticky post that explains how to add someone to a deed. This method applies to deeds for condos as well as single family homes.
