How can I put by name back on the deed of the property that was illegally signed away
What's the least expensive way to go about being put back on a deed of property that was left to me on a will and was signed away by me to my mother on a quit claim deed when I was 13 years of age and just a minor by my mother who was the conservator of the property when my grandfather past away.

all your mother has to do is sign a quick claim deed back to you.
also at 13 you could not actually sign anything, but your parent or guardian or probate court would have had to do the change. After that you will have to sue her in court for the deed

    or

you will have to hire an attorney and sue her for the value of the property.
