    Fail to pay probation fees
    Hi my is on probation and he stop paying is fees because his daddy passed away and now they say he have to see the judge will he go to jail still if he pay the fees when he go to court

    It is up to the judge, if he pays all missed fees at court, normally no, but it is just up to the judge and what he feels
