If you were pregnant, it would be too early in the pregnancy for your abdomen to feel "tight" or "strange."
Now, we need to know why you bleed during sex. Have you discussed this with your doctor? This is not normal.
One cannot diagnose a pregnancy based on symptoms. In fact, it cannot even be based on a positive urine pregnancy test. Seeing that you are 10 days late, the best thing for you to do at this point, is to wait until your next period is due.
While you may be regular, it is not uncommon at least once in your life to skip a period.
Until that time, treat yourself as if you are pregnant. Eat healthy, no smoking/drugs/alcohol, and get plenty of rest. It would also be in your best interest to start taking a prenatal vitamin in case you are indeed pregnant.
