    Pain at the end of my tail bone
    I have a pain at the end of my tail bone and the pain intensifies when I go from lying to sitting and from sitting to standing up. The pain is piercing continuously.

    That area is called the coxcyx and is our vestige tail, extreme end of our spine. You must have fallen recently for that to be bothering you, but unable to diagnose on the internet. Suggest you see your doctor.
