    visitation issues
    Judge has ordered everything childsupport visitation detailed in papers. So far the mother has kept visitation from father for past 2 1/2 months. There wasn't very much of a problem with visitation before. But mother thinks she can do what she wants including taking kids out of state. Not reporting it,text and call harassment driving by laughn in face just childish.{email removed}

    First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on another thread especially one from 2006. This can lead to confusion. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

    I'm not clear what your question is. If the mother is defying the court order, then go back to court and ask that she be held in contempt of court.

    P.S. We respond through this site. Its not a good idea to post your e-mail publicly.
