    Statute of limitations on a drug delivery charge in Pennsylvania
    Is there a statute of limitaions on a drug delivery charge in Pennsylvania? If someone delivered drugs 2 years ago and is aware that the law knows and plans to charge them after their entire investigation is complete do they have a limit on time to charge the person?

    Assuming it is a felony they have either 5 or 7 years.

    From my research, I think it's closer to 3 years. But, my GUESS is, if they haven't brought charges by now, they're NOT going to.

    If the investigation is going on for 2 years, most likely they want that person to testify against some higher up people, and will never be charged. I agree with excon on that one.
    I doubt that there would be solid evidence after two years if they were not arrested at the time.
