    There is no statute of limitations on a DUI in Alberta. This charge carries a fine, and or suspension of your license for up to l5 months.

    Hello d:

    The statute of limitations runs from the time the crime is committed, until they arrest somebody, or it runs out. If you've been arrested, the SOL stopped tolling. If you haven't been, how are they going to find out?
