Hi all, I'm about to rent an apt. in New Jersey and want to know what stipulations I should put in the lease to cover my assets? Thanks for the answers.

What assets are you trying to protect? What stipulations do you think you need for a rental lease? As excon said, there is really no way we can answer your question without more information. But if you are really concerned then I would retain an attorney to look over the lease.
