    Does the 3 day rescission rule apply when someone signs a rental lease?

    Hello j:

    In most cases, NO. If it does, it would say so in big letters right around the place where you signed.

    If you wish to rescind your lease and you haven't moved in yet, you can probably negotiate your way out. You won't get your deposit back, though.
