Should I be worried that I'm cramping without a period?
I have an irregular period cycle, but I should start sometime soon. I've been cramping for several days now and there's still no period. I haven't had sex since before my last period, and I've always used protection. I've been off birth control for about a month however so that I could switch brands. I'm super nervous that I could be pregnant. Please help!

Mental stress can defer your period, so keep yourself calm. It will come sooner or later.
