Furnace keeps running

I just installed a hunter programmable thermostrat model 44155 to a warren furnace, now the furnace keeps running , wires from furnace are wired to thermostat wire red = red, white = white, gray = green, and brown = blue. The thermostat is rc-rh, y/o , w/b , g , y1 Any answers?

Both the furnace and the ac are not running although the display on the thermostat looks like it should be. I called Honeywell (the maker of the thermostat and they had me do a couple of tests and they said it was not the thermostat. Any suggestions?
