Hello J:
Don't worry. I post on the current events page.. I deal with people who don't want to hear the truth ALL THE TIME.
To the OP, here's my assessment, and I didn't read everything on the other thread... You weren't arrested because of what you did or didn't do to your boyfriend.. You were arrested because HE stole the stuff. You HAVE it, so it LOOKS like YOU were involved.. If you weren't, then you simply plead NOT GUILTY, and make them PROVE you stole the stuff. If you didn't, then they can't PROVE you did.
It's as simple as that. Next?

Or, perhaps, they could convict her if they could prove that she possessed it knowing the stuff was stolen by someone else.

Hello again, C:
Ok, then. You're not going to get the stolen stuff back, and you probably won't get the OTHER stuff back that they took..
Yeah, I know. It ain't right. But that's probably what's going to happen...

It's not that I don't like the truth I do of course. It's that this is nuts I'm confused at how the police did what they did they got the notorized letter they can pull the cameras at the stores and see it was purchased both him and I were there they just wanted to make my life hell cause of my family name... Damn I hate cops I told them that to that probably explains it lol

Hello again, C:
Hmmm... I see what the others were saying... Ok, I'm going to give this one last go.
This is SIMPLE law. IF the items were NOT stolen, then the cops would NEVER break down a door over a disagreement about who OWES who.
You're confused, and you're apparently, not interested in getting UNCONFUSED.
Later.

Your attorney is the one you need to go with. Not us. He is versed on the law in your state and with your situation. Not us. You MAY get your stuff back, but no matter what is said, it won't be NOW, like you want it to be. There are steps and procedures that need to be followed.
