Hi there, this problem has been ongoing for some time. When I turn the shower on (Myra) the cold water comes through but not the hot. I hang the shower head as low as possible then go to the sink and hold my hand tightly on the tap turn the cold water and hot water on full. This is to force the cold water up the hot water pipe. A plumber told me to do this. Sometimes it works sometimes it doesn't. Sometimes I have to do the same with the bath tap. It seems to happen for days/weeks in a row and then mircaculously seems OK again for a good while. When it's a problem it's a real pain in the mornings when all you want to do is jump in the shower.

I'm not technical and neither is the man in the house but some ideas would be good then I'll try to find a good professional in my area to help. I have called the plumber back who fitted this showerroom but he has just told me to keep clearing the "air bubbles" as described above.
