    If you file eviction on a resident living at an apartment community, is there a maximum $ amount you can charge the resident for this process?

    You, being the landlord?

    Generally, if you are required to sue the resident for eviction, you would be awarded a judgment for your court costs (not lawyer fees, unless that is allowed by the terms of your lease); which might include filing fees, cost of service of process, etc.
