    Filing Head of Household, dependants?
What is the stipulation to file head of household, and I am full time student, with two daughters, the home is in jacks name and he makes the payments, I contribute no income. Can you claim the three of us?

If Jack provides the house (by making the payments) and you and your daughters have lived with him for over half of the year, then, yes, he can claim as dependents and be "Head of Household".
