    Indictment
    I've been indicted how long do I have to call set a date for court. It's for felony possessiion of cocaine. The amount is 0.1. Gram but less than 2 gram

    How did you learn of the indictment? Were you arrested and did you make bail? I'm surprised that you weren't arraigned, and a trial date wasn't scheduled, at that time.
