    Felony drug indictment!
    I was cited for a drug charge in jan.12,but not arrested! I was indicted Aug.12 and arrested Oct.12! Has the time frame ran out to process this case?

    No of course not ? Why would you think so.

    The SOL varies by State (if in the US) but most for felony drug, it is at least 3 years but never less than one year. So it goes from the time of crime, to time charged ( indicted) after that, they can take years if you don't object and file for a speedy trial.
