I am having trouble on the wiring of this thermostate. Do have a wiring diagram and a manuel for thye thermostate.

We are installing the 44155c on a Bryant Gas furnace with outdore AC unit. Wiring according to directions resulted in the Heat working but not the AC or "fan on/auto" function. Reversing the 24 v Hot (RH) connection and the RC (cool or common?) connections results in the AC and Fan functgions...
