    Bed wetting
    So yeah I have the same nightmare every night and I wake up crying, my chest hurtting really bad, and um... I've have peed myself atlest for times. I am 13 years old and the first time it happen was the first time I'd had the dream. Is this normal?

    P.S I can't tell my mom about the bed wetting she'll just laugh, I know that sounds hoiribile but that just how she is.

    No, this doesn't sound right. If you tell your mom and she just laughs, who cleans up?

    If you are thirteen years old, you don't say if you are male or female, so that makes a different to how I answer, gamekid. You are growing, but your bladder is not catching up soon enough, so probably the answer to the bed wetting.

    Yep, normal, just empty your bladder before you go to bed, and no liquids until you wake up.

    I'm a girl, and this didn't start happening until I starting having the nightmare.

    Then get yourself straight. Surely you are becoming old enough to control this nightmare/dream state to overcome the bedwetting??

    Obviously, something in your dream triggers the urge to pee and you will probably have the same problem even if you empty your bladder before going to sleep. What is the dream about? You need to figure out why you have this dream and try to eliminate that trigger.
