    401k and taxes
    Hi,

If I am enrolled in my company 401k plan do I need to account that in my taxes. I am going to file the 1040NR form and I was wondering if I need to mention the 401k amount I invested in line 31 of 1040NR i.e "IRA deduction"

    Thanks...

No need to account for the 401K contribution. It is reported on the W-2.
