Check gas pressures. Also check to make sure orifices are clear. Next, a CO test should be done (could have a crack in the heat exchanger,, worst case senerio). You may also have a partially blocked heat exchanger. Flame rollout is a very serious issue, so if you can't find the cause, you should call in a tech. Don't be surprised to find that a new furnace may be suggested.

I have a GMNT-080-4B Some times I get a 3 blink light issue and then when it starts it has a flame roll back. Also I have to change the ignitor every year. Any help would be great
GMH950904CXA. When the blower comes on the burners start to afed like the wind is blowing on them and the roll out switch shuts down the 24 volt's. Checked for CO found 0 PPM in house at regesters. Furnace is three yr's old in horrizonal position. Never seen this before. Any Ideas.
