    LC circuits
I would appreciate help with this physics problem.
In a certain oscillating LC circuit the total energy is converted from electric energy in the capacitor to magnetic energy in the inductor in 1.70 µs.\
    (a) What is the period of oscillation?

    (b) What is the frequency of oscillation?
I can not resolve this problem, I've been trying for hours.

Periodically I have a breaker trip in my service panel. When I go to reset, I always find that two breakers are actually tripped. Went and bought a meter and found that these two breakers are joined.
