    Having lgitmate law suits but being treated though you've did something wrong... I
    Hello my is charlie I would like too know a few things actually, first being I'm currently in litigation with the city of detroit and two department employees police... anyway I've been too depositions and my case has went before a panel of judges now I'm coming towards another court date in federal court and it feels as if I'm the criminal... the one on trial but I'm not is that the atmosphere the system try too create?

    How does pre-conditions affect liability claims against big cities that drag there feet the whole process.. wouldn't it be more affective too just settle..?

    Not if you are representing yourself. You haven't given us a clue why you are suing, but unless you have several hundred people and a few civic leaders behind you, OR a lawyer, you are going to be treated like a nuisance to the court, and often that means treating you like the criminal.
