    Law Suits
Hi, I'm LUV2HelpBut and I would like to know If I get hurt on my on property while running inside my house from anyone who seems to be an attacker, and who are not identifying themselves as a worker in my area. What is my options? I did call 911, and have reported this to the police, they did come out and then I had to go to the ER, after that I made out a report at the police station, and now I must wait two days to call homicide to see if the DA will file or take my case.
If they don't, or if they do, what is my other options. I'm getting ready to return to work, and this person drives up and jumps out of their jeep and runs over after me and I get out of their way as fast as I can and twist up my body doing so. After all my working getting ready for work and now this. And yes, they work for a company.

Why would the homicide department be involved? Why was this person running after you on your own property? Sorry, I don't understand what you are saying.

The police told me that I had to call Homicide's number. What I
Ll be needing is all in the same building and as for the person, I have no clue, and Don't know them at all, but I do have their name and plate number. I was out side working in my yard. All of a sudden a jeep drove up and stopped in front of my home, and out comes this person running up to me yelling. "I want to ask you a question!" and they repeated it. I looked back and saw this person running toward me and I ran out of their way, getting into my home. Hurting myself.

Sounds like they were trespassing. Were you hurt? Did you go to the ER?

Probably only a civil suit. Contact a personal injury attorney. They will probably give you a free consultation.
