    W7(ITIN)-Expired VISA but got New extension
    Hi,
    Can anybody guide me what should I fill in column 6-c of w7 form for my wife.. I am on h1 and my wife is on h4.. our visas got expired in oct-2006.. then we filed for extension and got extension till 2009. But we have got new visa stamped on our passports since we filed extension from US.. So I am kind of confused what should I fill in coulmn 6-c of W7 form.
    Shall I fill my old visa numbe and expired date of old visa or the new info from I797 form..

    Help.. appriciate any help on this...

    Put in the NEW data; be sure to attach the extension paperwork which muist be notzarized as well.
